PHANTOM POWERCOMPOSER SPACE

COMPOSER SPACE

Privacy policy

Phantom Power Composer Space is operated by Phantom Power. This policy describes the information used when you sign in and take part in music briefs.

Information we receive

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture and account identifiers. We use these to identify your account and connect it with separately approved composer access. Composer Space does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or contacts.

We also store the participation information you submit, such as your interest in a brief, availability and notes, along with associated record timestamps. The service uses session cookies to keep you signed in and may record technical information needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.

How information is used and shared

Phantom Power uses account and participation information to manage composer access, make briefs available and coordinate music production. Authorized Phantom Power staff can review participation information. Your account does not give you access to another composer’s private responses.

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Vercel to host the application. These service providers process information needed to provide those services. Google processes your Google sign-in under its own privacy policy.

Keeping and removing information

Account and participation records are retained to operate Composer Space and maintain production records. To request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, contact phantom@phantom-power.com. We will review the request and explain any records that need to be retained for ongoing business or legal obligations.

You can remove Composer Space’s Google connection through your Google Account settings. Removing that connection does not itself delete records already held by Phantom Power.
